It is my understanding that when this set first came out it was called " Roy Rogers and Trigger ". But Hartland Toys threaten to sue Marx because they already had the right to manufacture that item. Marx then kept the same art work on the box other than changing the name. This item is Excellent/ Mint Condition and the box is A-1 Beautiful and complete.
