It is Mint in Box. The box does have some shelve wear, please view pictures. The comic book that comes inside the box with the figure, has come loose, it is still in it's plastic sleeve. The tape holding it has dryed out, allowing it to move around in the box.
The tape at the top of the box has also dryed out, and part has fallen off.. This figure has been removed once from package. This comes from a smoke free pet free home.
