This vintage wind up toy has a lot of general wear, but nothing too dramatic or unexpected; it appears to be complete, and while it doesn't work correctly, it does kind of work, sometimes! Meaning that sometimes when you turn the key it tenses up, and other times the figures dance while you wind, but you can't just wind it up and let it run. I expect someone out there who knows more than me understands what that is! I hope it gets a good home.
