This all metal nippes (German for amusements like this) has a large cat standings on a stool at a treadle sewing machine working on a piece of "cloth" (actually a painted piece of metal). The treadle on the underside of the sewing machine is being operated by a smaller kitten.
This complex piece has incredible detail - the sewing machine itself has rods for the bobbins, a detailed needle, embossed filigree on the sides of the machine, the drive "belt" (wire) goes around the wheel on the sewing machine, through holes in the table, and then down around a larger wheel that is then driven by the treadle. The treadle sits on a rod that goes through the two frame piece (none of these pieces are designed to move, although the large drive wheel has broken a weld and come loose). I've never seen a piece like this one before. Made pre-WW2 in Germany by the Heyde company.
Larger cat is about 2.25 inches to the top of her ears (including the stool); length of the sewing machine table is 2 inches, including the cat from her back to the end of the sewing machine table the whole piece is about 2.5 inches long height to the top of the sewing machine is about 2.5 inches. If you need longer to pay just let me know. Post Offices are not open on Sunday.
I use lots of bubble wrap and peanuts and good boxes. In a group of multiple pieces each item is wrapped individually.
