I have no idea if this car is supposed to make noise or not. I just know it's in good condition untested. There are 14 loose figures. 1 extra Dick Tracy to pair with the Squad car. Figures also have expected wearing, some more than others. There's only two accessories, please review pictures. Only 1 figure missing from the original 14 - The Blank isn't in this lot.
