EARLY C20th PAINTED WOODEN NOAHS ARK & CARVED ANIMAL FIGURES ANTIQUE TOY MODEL

ANTIQUE NOAH'S ARK & FIGURES. Early 20th century painted wooden model of Noahs Ark accompanied with painted carved wooden figures of Noah and the animals. Among the figures is a cold painted lead figure of a penguin and a white horse marked Britains to underneath. There are possibly more unmarked Britains animals within.

Half of the arks roof removes to allow for handy storage for the figures. The ark measures 58cm (w) x 34cm (h) and is in good overall condition with expected age/play wear and loss around the windows. The figures in in play worn condition with wear and limb loss. Please refer to photos to make your own judgment of age and condition. Recently appraised by auctioneer experts. A wonderful addition to any antique toy collection. Owner Phil is a member of the Antiques Young Guns (AYG) and has antiques experience through his time working at Surrey auctioneer firms. He began preparations for the business at the age of nineteen and it has significantly progressed since commencement of trade.
