ENTIRE SET + ORIGINAL DISPLAY, 36 Marx Presidents, America action figure 1960's

As grade school kids, this was how we learned our presidents - by making a memory game out of it, and getting to place them in their proper order when we got it right. Presidents, from George Washington through Richard Nixon. Each one is about 2 1/2 tall, with their name on the front, and president number plus years of their term on the back.

Most are made in Taiwan, a few made in Hong Kong. A few have the gold foil Marx Toys stickers, the rest are imprinted into the plastic on the bottoms. Very interesting to see the dress and hairstyles change through the years. Condition: some minor spots with paint missing on some, all the way up to excellent vintage condition. No cracks or breaks of any kind, all have been carefully kept in smoke free storage for many, many years. Also included is the original Styrofoam display base. Four tiers with four removable pillars. Each square has the president number on it.

There are two blank squares after Nixon, when they apparently stopped making them. 18" at the widest point by 5" deep x 2 1/2" to the top tier, 8" all the way to the top of the pillars. For Styrofoam this old, it is in really great condition.

I stress to you that this is a RARE set. I have seen a few of these presidents here and there, but not all of them, and NEVER have I found another display podium.
