This is a original Kenner action figure toy character from the 1990s movie Toy Soilders this character is a member of the Gorgonites that goes by the name insaniac who's weapon of defense is by spinning his flail. This action figure is in pristine condition even for being out of its original box for so long it has no damages no discoloration no scratches no fading Ness due to it being stored in its own small container we're it sat all these years its a great looking toy and a awesome piece of collection.
