MARX Modern Farm #2710 w/60mm figures, MIB, 1955. This is an excellent example of an early Marx farm playset, complete and MIB. The farmer and animal figures are 60mm scale and vinyl, the tractor and implements are of hard plastic and of much smaller scale. The farm is tin, never assembled, with no rust, but there are several small superficial scratches on the front of the barn (see photo). The set is complete with bags, dividers, and original instruction sheet, although the bags are fragmenting from age.

The instructon sheet is quite fragile and consists of 2 halves. The box has two split corners (see photos) but is complete with no tears. These early sets were tapped shut, not stapled.
