I found another chair that will be included in this playset! It is just like the (4) white single chairs, but is a bright yellow! I will be photographing the additional chair and adding it to the listing soon! This is a really cute, rare, and hard to find, vintage 1975 collectible TREE TOTS FAMILY TREEHOUSE with some furniture pieces and a male figure made by General Mills Fun Group Inc. 97000/561D070 When closed it is approximately 11 tall, and when opened up it is approximately 14 tall.

The base is 11 1/4 x 9 1/2, and is made of plastic. When you press the button on top (see photo #10), it pulls up into a 2-level treehouse! (See photo #1) On the lower level is an elevator that goes up and down (see photos #3 & #4), and is controlled by turning the crank on the side of the tree trunk, and there is a cute little hide-away or area for a car! (See photo #7) On the second level are (3) divided rooms, a kitchen, dining room, and a large living room area (see photos), and a staircase that can fold up! (See photo #8) There is a round, greenery doghouse, that opens from the top (see photos #2 & #3), and a swing!

(See photo #3) The furniture pieces include: (4) white, high-back chairs, and (1) white, high-back loveseat. The cute figure is a man, who is 1 3/4 tall, and made of a hard plastic.

He is in excellent vintage condition! This cute and rare, collectible 1975 Tree Tots Family Treehouse, furniture, and figure are really clean and in really good vintage condition, especially to be 45 years old! (See photos) The stickers look really good with just a few minor scraps on a couple of the room wall dividers.

(See photos) There is an area of discoloration on the bottom. (See photo #11) It comes from a smoke free home and would be perfect and lots of fun for anyones Tree Tots family! I also have many cute Calico Critters playsets listed, and will be listing more soon, as well as other cute toys and playsets! It will be packed really well, and in a sturdy box.
