This is for a vintage TMNT Scratch the Cat action figure, it is 100% complete with all 4 accessories and the original file card. This figure came straight from a childhood collection and contains NO REPRO parts, everything is 100% original.

The joints are not loose but pretty tight. The file card was cut out and still includes the accessories list, the edges aren't cut perfectly.
