Vintage 1993 Toy Biz X-Men Weapon X Wolverine 4th Edition RARE Blue Shorts (a)

Toy Biz X-Men Weapon X Wolverine 4th Edition. Card is good, lays mostly flat and only has a few dings in the top near the j-hook. Bubble has some wear and is lifting on most sides. Figure has never been removed from packaging. Figure and accessories are still new and mint in package. There is some tape holding parts of the bubble on card that appears to have been applied in the 90s and is quite old and yellowed. This is an affordable way to get this figure MOC or a great way to get a loose version to complete your collection, if you wanted to open him up from the packaging.
