Vintage Handmade FOLK ART Wooden Toy WAGON US Mail With Figure

This is a very rare wagon as I could not find another like it except the one on the US Stamp from 2002 37 cents. Please message me if you know more information about this wagon. Is it from a hobby kit? I will update the listing if I get more info.

The wagon is 11 inches long and 8 inches high. Please take some time to look over all the photos to see the actual condition of the wagon.
