Most are in sealed packs, 9 building parts in sealed bags, and 7 sealed miniature bags. 4 cards are unpunched, 2 are punched , 1 zip lock bag we packed, some loose parts, a roof, a brown square, punched cards are layed out for pics, the box in fair condition, each side has a torn-tape area, taped corners on one side, sides have creases. THE BLACKSITH BUILDING PARTIALLY BUILT, see pics.
