House has been put together once. Some tape was used in parts (see pics).
Overall very good but smudge on front of house (came with this in packaging, not sure if it was from age or in design to make the house look homely). Mego emblem on side of house. Comes complete with everything you see including very used/battered original box and instruction sheet. Also has the ends of the cardboard pieces where the original pieces came from. Comes from a non smoking home but original box has old stored cardboard smell.
