Vtg 1990 TMNT Slash Action Figure ON CARD #5105 Playmates Unpunched Excellent

Part of a large collection obtained from a gentleman who saved a TMNT figures box from a warehouse back in the'80s (warehouse box shown in photos, but not included). Figure is new on card, unpunched, and in excellent condition.
