Vtg Tin toy Germany 1920's era Figure on pole dancing

Made in Germany 1920's era. 3 1/2 tall, 2 x1 base. Has handle on side of base, only moves a bit figure on pole moves up and down. So i try my best to describe condition, but some items i never had before so not sure what they may be missing or if they work.

Some items i might check, others i do not test. See photos for overall condition. If you do have a? But it just depends on items won, for new rate.
